This piece was all for me. It was driven by a desperate need to wrestle back some semblance of control in my world as COVID hit. The precision required to create a quilt that fits perfectly together gave me a single point of focus and a level of calm. Just looking at this image prompts me to reset; take a deep breath, follow the steps you know will work and trust in the outcome.
I bring ideas and people together. I want to understand people, what motivates them, what resonates with them and then use that knowledge to craft words and actions that create genuine engagement and behaviour change.
